- 90 Days Labor on work performed
- 90 Days Parts listed on the invoice
- Picture Tubes, LCD and Plasma Displays are manufacturer warranted
Guarantee does not cover any additional parts required, that are not listed on your invoice, unless we determine that it was caused by our oversight originally. Our determination is final. Any physical damage is not covered. Removal or installation charges are not covered, weather or not performed by us. Shipping charges for replacement parts that have failed are not covered.
Warranty Service
Most manufacturers require us to guarantee our labor for a period of 30 days. Any parts supplied by the manufacturer are guaranteed by the manufacturer. These parts can be new or remanufacturered. Guarantee time period can vary widely, check with the manufacturer. Parts availability varies with the manufacturer. Performing warranty service does not reset the time left on the warranty. Removal or installation charges are not covered, weather or not performed by us. Shipping charges for replacement parts that have failed are not covered.
Split Warranty Service
If your equipment is under partial coverage for parts, we will diagnose the equipment and obtain the parts from the manufacturer at no charge to you and install them for our regular COD rates.
If your equipment is covered by the manufacturer for parts and a third party extended contract for labor, we will honor both parties and perform the work free of charge to you if we have arrangements with both parties.
Warranty Concessions
We currently accept warranty concessions on a case by case basis.
